Setting up Scottish Golf for Members

For the 2026 season Ullapool Golf Club will move from Handicap Master to the Scottish Golf VMS for club competitions.

Below are useful links to help you get set up. If you do not have your Scottish Golf ID, please contact the club and we will email it to you.

Overview

• The VMS works similarly to Handicap Master. If you do not have a phone, you can sign in on the club PC as before. You may use a paper scorecard or the digital scorecard on your phone, either entering scores as you play or copying from your paper card at the end.

Club plans

• We will run test competitions through January to March 2026 to help members become familiar with the system.
• All scores during this period are non-counting while the course is on winter tees.
• Scottish Golf handicap counting scorecards will be made live at start of season, when winter tees removed, this is aimed for 13th March, weather permitting.
